  • What You Will Do

    • Review and analyze technology debt and environments across multiple technologies
    • Make scalability assessments for existing and future features
    • Create conceptual views, flow diagrams and presentations to communicate approaches to senior leadership and constituent teams
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to create innovative solutions to produce high quality, innovative design for future implementations 
    • Work closely with the engineering, infrastructure and security teams to perform duties.
    • Thoroughly understand financial impacts and interact with budget owners as required
    • Oversee the roll out of remediation efforts identified and undertaken
    • Operate in an evolving agile environment where we seek to continuously improve and support our peers
    • Ability to move code from desktop to production servers

    Skills and Experience You Will Need


    • 15+ years of experience in software development
    • Fluency in developing web applications: JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS.  Must have designed and developed webservices (REST and SOAP) integration with Database, JMS providers and SFTP.
    • Implementation experience with SAML and/or OAuth frameworks. 
    • Experience with integrations
    • Experience with legacy and cloud based platforms and managing code deployments in all types of environments
    • Experience with continuous build and deployment using Jenkins
    • Understanding of “big picture” conceptual product flows and supporting designs
    • Excellent leadership, planning and negotiation skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Thorough knowledge of frameworks, procedures, and practices.
    • Solid engineering or development background; Strategic thinker with ability to formulate plans, strategies, and outcomes
    • Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex architectural challenges with innovative solutions
    • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions; extremely detail oriented; strong customer services focus.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work environment and make independent decisions.
    • Experience in the health-care domain


    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
