    GalaxE.Solutions, Inc. (Somerset, NJ) seeks Team Lead - Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Lead the testing and fixing of new or enhanced products. Gather business requirements and participate in product definition and feature prioritization. Req. B.S. degree in Comp Sci, IT, Engg. 5 years as a Tech. Lead, Sr. Soft. Engineer or rel. 2 years of experience with VAX/VMS Cobol, Open VMS, Hp Cobol, DCL, ISAM files, DEC forms, CMS and PBM required.
