    What You Will Do

    • Create and articulate integration test strategies
    • Oversee End-to-End testing (upstream\downstream process flow). 
    • Support Business, QA, and Development teams
    • Leverage QA Automation tools, methodologies and best practices across the SDLC
    • Develops testing strategies, creates test plans and prioritizes test scenarios
    • Oversees the test resource assignments, inclusive of user and manual testers as well as automation developers, and their allocation across all projects and support demands
    • Partners with geographically distributed functional and technical teams, software vendors and/or external testing partners
    • Identifies, tracks and reports defects; verifies fixes
    • Troubleshoots issues and helps determine root causes of software problems
    • Designs a test strategy focused on the most critical and dynamic business processes
    • Gathers test completion metrics to measure the success of the test efforts, reports progress with supporting KPIs

    Skills and Experience You Will Need

    • 8+ years of QA experience
    • 5+ years of experience leading large scale enterprise QA Automation engagements or multiple smaller ones
    • Experience creating end-to-end integration and automation strategies
    • Experience working in large, fast paced environments leading mission-critical initiatives
    • Experience managing offshore teams
    • Experience working with executive and senior management
    • Experience creating and communicating executive level status and performance reporting: productivity metrics, defect removal metrics, and workload variance
    • Hands-on work mentality
    • Experience automating existing test cases into scripts
    • Experience with UFT and Java scripting
