    What You Will Do

    • Optimize and integrate the Application Change and Release processes
    • Manage and oversee change request initiation, risk level determination, and approval to develop, leading to production
    • Define roles and responsibilities for various team members
    • Identify and implement standard tools to enable the process and leverage automation where possible
    • Develop OCM (organizational change management) strategy and execution plan

    Skills and Experience You Will Need

    • CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) experience and expertise with automation tools is critical
    • Experience leading innovation and automation projects
    • Experience driving change and transformation at a strategic level across the Enterprise
    • Develop project plan and approach, develop meeting cadence and hold project kick-off sessions
    • Ability to coordinate with multiple diverse teams to bring together a standardized process for the Enterprise as opposed to siloed processes and tools
    • Well versed with tools and technologies, processes around release and change management activities from an IT application development standpoint
    • Ability to conduct GAP analysis between processes and tools  across various diversified teams to identify GAPS and come up with a formidable analysis for standardization across the Enterprise
    • Ability to define standardization parameters with meaningful value case studies so that quality release of capabilities can be executed on a continuous basis fully supporting efforts in the dynamic, rapidly evolving market place
    • Extensive experience with enterprise processes, tools and governance change management activities that will enable visibility, KPI's and metrics in order to drive continuous improvements
    • Have worked extensively with build teams and application maintenance teams to collectively identify problems, formulate opportunities and drive solutions
    • Experience with ServiceNow, Jenkins, Maven
    • Experience working within ITIL frameworks
    • Excellent Communication and collaboration skills
    • Experience working with leadership teams and ability to communicate across various levels within the organization
