    What You Will Do

     

    • Lead efforts on designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.
    • Hands-on development while managing a team of onshore and offshore developers.
    • Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
    • Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
    • Software modeling and simulation
    • Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
    • Support, maintain and document software functionality
    • Integrate software with existing systems
    • Maintain standards compliance
    • Perform code reviews; mentor offshore development team and junior resources
    • Write and perform code-based unit testing, while setting up CI/CD pipeline

     

     

    Skills and Experience You Will Need

    Required:

    • Experience in leading application development teams using .NET technologies (VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, etc.)
    • Experience with multiple SDLC models (Agile, Waterfall)
    • SQL Server, SSIS experience (skilled with Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers, etc.)
    • Front end development experience and expertise (JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON, HTML, CSS)
    • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs in an Agile environment
    • Amazing written and verbal communication skills
    • Understanding of software design patterns
    • Analytical and adept at problem solving with strong attention to detail 
    • Entrepreneurial spirit
    • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies

    Desired:

    • AWS experience
    • Exposure to multiple programming languages (Python, Java, Ruby, etc.)

     

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related technical field of study
