What You Will Do

  • Full lifecycle application development.
  • Design, code and debug complex software applications.
  • Perform software analysis, risk analysis, reliability analysis.
  • Participate in software modeling and simulation.
  • Integrate new software solutions with existing systems.

Skills and Experience You Will Need

Required Skills:

  • Ability to create fully responsive, custom WordPress themes from scratch
  • Experience with the WordPress file structure and installing WordPress sites
  • Able to build custom applications, plugins, and API integrations
  • Experience completing WordPress dot upgrades
  • Strong understanding of and experience with the Advanced Custom Fields plug-in
  • Development expertise with custom post types, advanced custom fields, plug-ins, theme development, widgets, and WordPress database structure knowledge
  • Good understanding of jQuery, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Ability to write and code in PHP and CSS with the ability to independently implement a web design prototype using CSS 
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems with or add features to pre-existing and or pre-made themes
