What You Will Do

JD is as follows


  • Work with the client to identify new  project details, resource requirements etc
  • Work with the client to ensure that the client needs are met as the project evolves i.e.  optimal resource requirement for the project
  • Work with the account leadership and client to complete all legal paperwork
  • Create and track purchase orders submissions and complete project close-out manuals
  • Identify risks and opportunities and work with the account leadership to prepare Project pipeline information for upcoming quarters
  • Act as the point of contact between the client and the account leadership
  • Work with the account leadership to ensure appropriate resources are allocated to the project
  • Generate reports to monitor allocated hours, actually worked hours, expenditure
  • Work with the account leadership to generate various reports including but not limited to Gross Profit margin by Region,project etc
  • Support financial leadership in generating appropriate reports
  • Ensure that project communications run smoothly, keeping key stakeholders and decision makers engaged
  • Streamline the current process and suggest best practices as and when required
  • Track planned vs actuals, ETC’s remaining for projects approaching closure date
  • Invoicing   efforts
  • Flexibility to work in shifts

Skills and Experience You Will Need

Skill set :

  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Great organizational skills including multi-tasking & time-management
  • Experience in managing conflicting stakeholder opinions
  • Experience in project management  from project inception to closure
  • Working knowledge of mpp
  • Strong client facing and team management skills
  • Understand the financial aspects
  • Understand risk management process
