What You Will Do

  • Conduct daily Inside Sales activities for new and existing clients
  • Quickly learn services offering as a full-service IT organization that provides a complete array of business and consulting services to balance development models for digital business transformation
  • Research current events to follow industry trends
  • Research targeted accounts to identify relevant leads
  • Research emerging technologies and understand industry applications
  • Initiate and manage campaigns through a combination of phone, email, and social media channels
  • Monitor inbound demand through marketing portals for activity
  • Schedule meetings with leads and identify new opportunities that convert to sales
  • Support teams of Account and Marketing Executives for special events or initiatives

Skills and Experience You Will Need

Must have:

  • Demonstrate experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development (3 to 5 years)
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of software development methodologies and processes
  • Excellent English communication skills in speech and writing
  • Self-motivation to overcome challenges, tenacity, and capability to work independently


Nice to have:

  • Experience in an IT role including software development, QA testing, or project management
  • Familiarity in SDLC, Agile, or DevOps methodologies
  • Familiarity in healthcare (pharmaceutical, health insurance, medical device manufacturing) or financial services (lending, debit/credit card services) industries
  • Familiarity in vendor management, procurement processes, and consulting models
  • Demonstrate strong skills in gathering research and data analysis (3 to 5 years)
  • Intermediate proficiency with SalesForce Sales Cloud (more than 3 years)
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel (more than 5 years)
  • Any relevant technology or methodologies including certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Oracle, Scrum, PMI, SAP, Cisco, AWS, etc.
  • Familiarity with accounting or financial analysis of publically traded companies
