What You Will Do

  • Lead business requirements discussions with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners
  • Develop and document end-to-end process flows, including actors, inputs, outputs, and dependencies, integration requirements
  • Write clear use cases, user stories to ensure all software requirements, specifications and acceptance criteria are clearly defined
  • Analyze and document both business and technical requirements, including, but not limited to, script standards, pharmacy data elements (prescription, patient, drug details, etc.), requirements and statuses
  • Create technical documentation, including field mappings, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams
  • Map and validate data fields across inbound and outbound systems, collaborating with development teams for accuracy and integration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for requirement-related questions throughout the development lifecycle
  • Refine features in collaboration with technology, operations, and product
  • Act as a subject matter expert and support the development of business user training materials; assist in end-user training efforts

Skills and Experience You Will Need

Required:

  • 5+ years of business analysis experience in software development
  • Hands-on experience with Data mapping, data flow diagrams, APIs (including orchestration layers, JSON) and technical specification documentation
  • Proven success in collaborating with clients, vendors, developers, architects, and cross-functional teams
  • Adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures, and other training consistent with Information Security and Compliance Programs, including but not limited to the following compliances and regulations: SOC1, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA
  • Maintain strict compliance with company and client policies regarding business rules and ethics, as well as applicable local, state and national federal laws

Desired

  • Expertise in US healthcare domain, pharmacy systems, including script standard, claims processing etc.
  • Background in Pharmacy system technical integrations
  • Quick learner and collaborative

** Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on actual job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
  • Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
  • Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
  • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. 
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus.
