What You Will Do

  • Lead or support primary research using mixed research methods such as interviews, surveys, and secondary research.
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, compelling, and actionable deliverables for both internal and client audiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to design research plans, guide interviews, and summarize key insights.
  • Design surveys and analyze results, with experience using tools like Qualtrics.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and C-suite clients.
  • Support publication of blog posts, white papers, and thought leadership grounded in primary research.
  • Adapt messaging and presentation styles for a variety of audiences.

Skills and Experience You Will Need

Required:

  • Experience conducting and synthesizing qualitative research
  • Experience analyzing survey data using statistical methods.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with an ability to create executive-ready deliverables.
  • Solid proficiency in tools like R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated curiosity and flexibility in learning new industries and topics.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple geographies (EU, UK, EMEA, APAC, Latin America).
  • Ability to participate in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary.
  • Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary.

Desired:

  • Management consulting, product research, UX research, market research, strategy consulting, finance, or informatics.
  • Relevant industry experience in technology, retail, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Fluency in a language other than English.
  • Strong quantitative skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5–6 years of industry experience, master’s degree with 3+ years of industry experience, or PhD with 1+ year of industry experience.

** Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on actual job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
  • Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
  • Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
  • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. 
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus.
