What You Will Do

  • Perform End to End configuration of the new and existing Archer applications, managing every aspect of the SDLC including layout, workflow, reporting, notification, questionnaires, access controls, packaging, etc.
  • Resolve platform & end user related issues
  • Perform admin tasks, Access Controls (Groups, Roles & Record permissions configuration)
  • Debug performance issues
  • Perform testing & migration support into different environments
  • Gather requirements, perform analysis and estimation
  • Prepare formal project documentation including requirements specifications, system design documents, current & future state diagrams, use cases and user manual
  • Assist business users during UAT, analyze and resolve production issues as needed
  • Be responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic configuration management including advanced workflows, data feeds, packaging, reporting, and compliance oversight.
  • Create and maintain field-level calculations, DDEs, conditional visibility rules

Skills and Experience You Will Need

Required:

  • Experience in development, maintenance, testing & support of RSA Archer applications with good exposure to SDLC processes in Agile or Waterfall methodology
  • Must have the knowledge of end-to-end life cycle of development/implementation of use Cases in Archer tool
  • Good Hands-on experience with customization & configuration of RSA Archer tool
  • Experience with data feeds, configurations & notifications
  • Experience in creating fields, reports, iView’s, and dashboards in Archer tool
  • Extensive experience in configuring Access Controls, Record Permission, Events & Notifications in Archer
  • Experience in Archer integration with other platforms or systems
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with good analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with packaging and deployment
  • Experience with Event Analyzer in Archer
  • Experience working with Jira tickets as the main ticketing management system.

Desired:

  • Experience in: Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Management

Education/Certifications

  • RSA Archer Developer/Administrator certification is required

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
  • Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
  • Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
  • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. 
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus.
