What You Will Do

  • Assist with the integration activities of the business unit while also working on other integration-related issues.
  • Interface with various partner internal teams to analyze and determine the best tactical and strategic approaches for integration.
  • Participate in daily scrum with Security Automated Trading Technology team members to foster team relationships and understand various infrastructure initiatives and risks specific to Security Automated Trading.
  • Liaise with internal regulatory departments and indirectly with auditors for audit remediation actions.
  • Help represent Security Automated Trading Technology Solutions in design review, change management, incident management processes.
  • Engage vendor management and/or vendors as necessary to facilitate onboarding.
  • Explore new technology opportunities alongside other members of the team and then play an active role in executing these opportunities.

Skills and Experience You Will Need

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • 4-5 years with MSOffice suite.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure technologies (Network, system, storage, security)
  • Experience in or knowledge of Hedge funds.
  • Experience in Agile delivery.
  • Experience in ServiceNow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable working with both Business and Technical teams
  • Initiative-taker with the ability to multi-task effectively and independently within a demanding environment
  • Able to gauge the right level of priority and detail and/or effort on any given project.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Initiative-taking with a proven history of delivering results.
  • Exhibit effective critical thinking skills with a high degree of diligence.

Desired:

  • Knowledge of a programming language is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
  • Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
