Outlook 365 Platform Engineer

• Design end-user desktop and\or mobile platforms and their corresponding management policies and infrastructure.
• Define and design support and control mechanisms for all such platforms.
• Assess and select product capabilities and features, ensure multiple technologies are not providing overlapping capabilities, driving down technology complexity, and driving cost reductions.
• Create high level design documents, including estimated hardware, detailed program specifications, and resourcing costs.
• Interface with the security controls and risk teams.
• Provide 3rd level consultation requests and support.

Required:

• 8+ years of experience.
• Recent in-depth experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) suite, in particular Office 365 (O365)
• Recent in-depth experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure Cloud Platforms
• Systems internal knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, particularly Windows 10
• Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Build Automation
• Advanced scripting skills and knowledge of Windows PowerShell

Education:

• BS in computer science or a related field

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
• Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
