What You Will Do

  • The ARE is accountable to deploy business application components, including infrastructure technology personalization required to configure business applications. Business applications requiring deployment and configuration reside on key technology platforms that are Apache, Tomcat, WAS, OFSAA, OFSDF, FCCM, COMPLIANCE STUDIO, DIH, ODI, OAS, OBI, Oracle Catalogue Manager, PGX, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, as well as others.
  • Work closely with our Business Technology Solutions partners, Infrastructure Solutions, and Test Planners, to deploy and deliver technology solutions that are reliable, scalable, and secure.

Skills and Experience You Will Need

Required:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in the IT Technology field
  • Proficiency with Apache, Tomcat, WAS, OFSAA, OFSDF, FCCM, COMPLIANCE STUDIO, DIH, ODI, OAS, OBI, Oracle Catalogue Manager, PGX, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch
  • Able to understand various clustering as well as Cross cluster replications for Production and DR environments.
  • Hands on in above technology in more specific to Unix as well as Windows.
  • Strong skills of Unix command line interface during troubleshooting.
  • Able to understand and perform snapshot backups on demand as well as recoveries during batch runs as well as batch run failures.
  • Able to work long hours shifts as well as efficient and comfortable working constantly in screen shared conference on daily basis.
  • Able to handle multiple environments troubleshooting and deployment as well as configuration.

Education:

  • University Degree or a College degree/diploma is required
  • Proven working experience in a large highly regulated enterprise IT environment is a must.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
  • Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
