What You Will Do

  • Technical Lead Activities from Onshore for CAI Dashboard Project: a Conversational AI stream in Client Engagement
  • Work on Onshore, Offshore Model and Manage the Hands-on Technical Lead Operation.
  • Provide expert content/professional leadership on complex engineering assignments/projects.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience on all phases of Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) mainly on Test Driven Development (TDD), Agile Methodologies.
  • Design and develop a consolidated, conformed enterprise data warehouse and data lake that will store all critical data across Customer, Provider, Claims, Client and Benefits data.
  • Design, develop and implement methods, processes, tools and analyses to sift through large amounts of data stored in a data warehouse or data mart to find relationships and patterns.
  • Participate in the delivery of the definitive enterprise information environment that enables strategic decision-making capabilities across enterprise via an analytics and reporting.
  • Exercise considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.
  • Development of cloud hosted web applications and REST APIs
  • Use deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership within Information Management but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business.
  • Involved in discussion with the customer to gather information and requirements
  • Be recognized internally as a subject matter expert.

Skills and Experience You Will Need

  • Extensive experience in developing, enhancing and maintaining web application.
  • Hands on experience with Databases including Oracle, PL/SQL and Microsoft SQL involving stored procedures, triggers, functions, indexes and packages.
  • Proficient in Core Java, J2EE, Web Services, Big Data, Java Script, RDBMS, PL/SQL.
  • Solid understanding of Core Java
  • Experience with back-end work
  • Experience with DB, RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL or SQL Server)
  • Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Batch, React.JS, JavaScript, ES6, REST Services, Maven and HTML experience
  • Jenkins CI/CD pipeline
  • Experience with PCF or AWS or Azure
  • Experience with ‘No SQL’ like Mongo DB
  • Hands on experience in project management tools as part of Technical Lead ownership
  • Proficient in middleware layer – web service development, core Java, server-side enterprise java, J2EE servlets
  • Excellent analytical, high level and low-level design and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
  • Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
